1. If there is any quality problem, the appliance will be replaced with a new one within 3 years.
2. If there is any quality problem, the acrylic tank shell will be replaced with a new one within 5 years; for quality problem 5-10 years after purchase, 30% of the cost will be paid and the old shell will be replaced with a new one.
